Welfare

Please note we are all responsible for our own and each other’s welfare but in essence and as required by England Athletics, Almost Athletes has two Welfare Officers:

Graeme Stopp

They share the tasks of:

• Ensuring your Welfare is key within your club membership
• Reporting and managing incidents
• Liaising with and supporting our Leaders and Coaches
• Managing/creating/updating our policy and procedures
• Organising and providing first aid training
• Taking and managing complaints or concerns
• Sharing Welfare concerns and subsequent ongoing needs with the Committee
