7:00 pm Track at PoW with James - Book online.

Tuesday 5th December
6:45pm for 6:50 pm: Hill reps session with Michael on the Parabola/Bayshill Road, meet at Waitrose.

Wednesday 6th December
Club run starting at 7pm from Cheltenham Town Football Club, Whaddon Road. There will be a variety of paces over a 5 mile road route and possibly a 4 mile road group too. Please wear Hi Viz and headtorches.

Thursday 7th December
Morning run Meeting point for coffee/tea after your run is at Wheatsheaf cafe on Old Bath Road. Aim to arrive at about 10.15am, after your run.

5-6pm PoW Track with Fi-Book Please book online. Click PoW Track Booking Link for details

7:00 pm Speed endurance session with Fi or Matt on the Honeybourne Line, meeting at the second bridge from POW

MALE AND FEMALE RUNNER OF THE YEAR

In advance of next Thursday's AGM at the Charlton Kings club, ladies and gentlemen, I bring you this year's 11 male and 11 female nominees for the prestigious award of Runner of the Year.
It's a slightly unusual year as some of the nominees are from 2019/20 (until Covid stopped us in our tracks) and others are from late 2021/early 2022, after club activity resumed.
Members may vote for a maximum of ONE male nominee and ONE female nominee.


Voting by secret ballot will take place at the AGM as usual, but if you are unable to attend the AGM and would like to vote for your Runner of the Year you can email your vote(s) to almostathletes@hotmail.com no later than 5:00pm on Thursday 26th May.


If you are lucky enough to be one of the 22 nominees please make every effort to attend the AGM, because it might be you getting your hands on one of the two trophies!
